From the moment I stepped in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which is a plus when you're feeling nervous. I was taken in on time for my appointment, which I appreciate because my time is valuable. Dr. Smith was fantastic; he explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the procedure before we got started. I felt like I was in knowledgeable hands. The surgery itself was quick and surprisingly painless. I even received a call the next day to check on how I was feeling, which I thought was a nice touch—they definitely go the extra mile!
