I had a really positive experience at the clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which is a plus during what can be an anxious time. My appointment was with Dr. Smith, who took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. It’s refreshing to find a doctor who doesn't rush you out the door. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but once I was in, I felt like I received quality care. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone seeking pulmonary care. I recently had my first visit at this clinic, and overall, it was a good experience. The staff were efficient and polite, making the check-in process smooth. I saw Dr. Lee, who impressed me with his attention to detail. He asked thoughtful questions and really made an effort to understand my symptoms. The treatments he suggested have already begun to help! The only downside was the wait time; I was in the waiting room for quite a while before being seen. It would be great if they could work on that. Despite the wait, I felt I received competent and compassionate care. I plan to come back for my follow-up and hope to see some improvements in their appointment scheduling.

I had a fantastic visit here last week! The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start.
