From start to finish, my experience with this roofing company has been overwhelmingly positive! I had originally contacted them for an estimate because I was dealing with some leaks in my older roof. They worked hard, finishing the job ahead of schedule while still ensuring every detail was perfect. I loved how they kept me informed throughout the process, and they even took the extra step of walking me through the maintenance tips to prolong the roof's life. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to include a warranty brochure upfront. I had to ask about it later, but it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, their professionalism and quality workmanship made me a very happy customer, and I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing services!

The crew that came out was skilled and professional, working quickly but with great care. They even went above and beyond by cleaning up all debris afterward. My only constructive feedback would be to have a dedicated customer service line for immediate inquiries, as I found myself waiting on hold a couple of times. Still, I’m thrilled with the results and feel much more confident with my roof now!
