I cannot praise Dr. Ferguson and his team enough! From the moment I called to set up my appointment, the receptionist was exceptionally courteous and helpful, guiding me through the process. Dr. Ferguson took an impressive amount of time during my consultation to discuss my health history and address every concern I had. His approach is very comprehensive; he doesn't just look at the symptoms but considers the whole person. I greatly appreciated that he offered various options for treatment, allowing me to be involved in the decision-making process. The follow-up care has also been stellar, with the office reaching out to ensure everything is going well. The only critique I might have is the limited hours on Thursdays, which can be a bit inconvenient for those with standard work schedules. However, the quality of care I received far outweighs this minor inconvenience. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate and thorough medical care.
