I had an amazing experience with my real estate agent! She guided me every step of the way in selling my home. What stood out was her marketing strategy; my property was listed beautifully and received a lot of attention. The open house she organized was incredibly well-planned, which resulted in multiple offers within just a few days! She was always available to answer my questions and was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process. I also appreciated how she provided honest feedback on what needed to be improved in my home prior to listing. If I had to nitpick, I would say communication could’ve been a tiny bit better during the negotiation phase, as I sometimes felt a little out of the loop. But overall, I can’t praise her enough for her expertise and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
