I recently had to visit for a family member, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and made sure we understood all the paperwork before us. The nurses were phenomenal! They took the time to explain procedures and answer all our questions without making us feel rushed. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which helped ease our nerves during a stressful time. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the parking situation. It can get quite crowded, especially during visiting hours. Overall, a great experience considering the circumstances. Highly recommend it if you're in need of care.
