I was really impressed with the level of service I got from this carpet installer! I had several wrinkles and ripples in my carpet that were driving me crazy. After reaching out, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time. The team was friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the restretching process, which was super reassuring. They worked efficiently and transformed my carpet, getting rid of all the bumps and making it look so much better! I did notice that there were a couple of small areas that required some touch-up work, but they promised to come back if needed, so that was reassuring. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone needing help with their carpets. Just a tip: maybe having more flexible hours during the week would help those of us with tight schedules.
