What a hidden gem for auto parts! I stumbled upon this shop while in Santa Rosa, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly faces who genuinely wanted to help. The selection was impressive, with everything from basic maintenance items to more specialized parts. I was particularly impressed by the veteran-led staff. They were not only knowledgeable but also shared some great tips on car maintenance that I didn’t know before. My only suggestion would be to expand their hours on Saturdays, as I would love to have more time to browse after work. But overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone needing auto supplies!

I had a great experience at this auto parts store! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was in and out quickly, which I really appreciate when I'm in a rush. They had everything I needed, from batteries to filters, all at decent prices. The only thing I'd suggest is having a clearer sign outside, as it's a bit easy to miss while driving by. Regardless, I’ll definitely be back whenever I need parts for my car!

I recently visited this auto parts store and was genuinely impressed! As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I was nervous about getting the right parts for my old truck. The employees were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me. One gentleman even helped me search their inventory for a hard-to-find ignition coil. I was pleased with how quickly I was able to get what I needed, and at a fair price too. The only downside was that the checkout process felt a little slow, perhaps due to the busy time of day. Still, I left feeling like a valued customer, and I will definitely return for future auto supplies. When you need parts, this place is worth a visit!
