I can’t say enough good things about this soul food spot! I went with a group of friends, and we shared several dishes. The chicken and waffles were a highlight—crispy chicken paired with fluffy waffles was a match made in heaven. The service was excellent; our server was attentive and made great suggestions. I also loved the ambiance; it felt like a home away from home. If you love soul food, you HAVE to check this place out!

I just had a delightful meal at this cozy bistro. The BBQ ribs were tender and had a fantastic smoky flavor. The sides, especially the mac and cheese, were comforting and delicious. I do wish the menu had more vegetarian options, but the flavors were just amazing! Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

What an amazing dining experience! I visited after hearing rave reviews from friends, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the smothered pork chops along with collard greens and cornbread. The pork was tender and flavorful, truly melting in my mouth, while the collard greens had the perfect seasoning—neither too salty nor too bland. The cornbread was moist and slightly sweet, exactly how I like it! One thing I think could improve is the wait time for a table, as it was quite busy when we arrived. But the wait was worth it for such delicious food. I can't wait to return and explore even more on the menu!

I recently dined at a soul food bistro that was simply incredible! The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, almost like stepping into a cozy family gathering. I started off with the fried green tomatoes, which were perfectly crispy and served with a tangy remoulade that had just the right kick. For the main course, I ordered the shrimp and grits, and it was hands down one of the best versions I've ever had. The shrimp were juicy, and the grits were creamy with a delightful hint of cheese. I also appreciated the portion size; it was generous without being overwhelming. The only small hiccup was the service; while my server was friendly, it did take a little longer than expected to receive our food. However, the quality of the meal made it all worthwhile. To top off a great evening, I couldn't resist the sweet potato pie for dessert, and it was rich and flavorful—just like my grandma used to make. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes, as I’ve heard great things about their oxtails!
