I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice! From the moment I entered, the warm smiles of the staff put me at ease. The waiting room is tastefully decorated and feels more like a living room than a clinical space. Dr. Bruce was incredibly professional yet approachable. He explained everything in detail, which helped me understand my treatment options better. I had some anxiety about the work I needed done, but he made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I also appreciated how he took the time to discuss preventative care, which is often overlooked in other practices. One minor thing I hope they can improve on is getting back to patients quicker regarding appointment confirmations; I sometimes had to follow up to ensure my appointments were booked. I cannot recommend this practice enough! The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The waiting area is cozy, and I appreciate how clean everything is. Dr. Bruce is not only a fantastic dentist but also has a way of making you feel at ease, especially if you’re nervous about dental work like I tend to be. During my last visit, he took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process, which really helped calm my nerves. I also love that they use the latest technology; it makes everything feel efficient and high-quality. The only thing I wish is that they had Saturday hours since my schedule is pretty packed during the week. Overall, a fantastic dental experience every time I go.
