As someone who is new to pawn shops, I was a bit hesitant, but I decided to check this one out after hearing some good things from friends. Right from the start, the staff made me feel at home. I was greeted by a friendly associate named SJ, who was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and helped me understand how the pawn process works. I initially just wanted to browse, but I ended up finding a vintage camera that I couldn't resist. SJ answered all my questions, even going into detail about the camera's features, which I appreciated. The store had a great atmosphere—clean, well-lit, and organized. The safety protocols in place made me feel comfortable shopping during these times, which is a big plus. My only constructive feedback would be to have more signage explaining their policies, as I found some things a bit confusing at first. What a gem of a place! I popped in last Saturday, mainly out of curiosity, and was pleasantly surprised by the selection they had. I found a beautiful guitar at a great price that I couldn't resist. The staff members were super knowledgeable—they even offered to let me try it out in-store! I was initially worried about the experience feeling awkward, but everyone was so welcoming. The only downside was that the store was a bit crowded when I arrived, which made it hard to navigate through some areas. It might be beneficial for them to consider adding a few more staff members during peak hours to assist customers better. Overall, I walked out with my new guitar and a big smile. I can’t wait to come back and see what else I can find!
