My experience here was mostly great! I had been experiencing discomfort in my feet and needed to get to the bottom of it. The examination was detailed, and Dr. Herzog gave me ample time to ask questions, which I really liked. She explained the treatment options thoroughly, and I felt well-informed about my choices. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the process smoother. The office itself felt a little cramped, and it could use a refresh in terms of decor. Also, I wished they had more flexible hours for people who work during the day, but overall, I was satisfied with the care I received. I’m now on my way to recovery and am grateful for the help!

After struggling with foot pain for months, I finally decided it was time to see a specialist, and I'm so glad I chose this place. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were able to fit me in quickly, which was a relief. Upon my arrival, I found the office to be clean and inviting. I was seen promptly for my appointment, which was refreshing. Dr. Herzog greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease right away. She listened carefully to my issues and conducted a thorough examination, explaining everything as she went along. I appreciated her no-nonsense approach and the fact that she didn't try to upsell me on treatments I didn’t need. Instead, she provided multiple options, which gave me the confidence to make an informed decision. The only minor point I'd mention is that the follow-up paperwork was a bit lengthy, but it was all worth it in the end. I walked out feeling like I finally had a handle on my foot health! A fantastic experience overall.

I recently had an appointment and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which is always a plus. Dr. Herzog took the time to really listen to my concerns about my feet and went through every option available to me. Her approach is very thorough, and she explained everything in simple terms without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated that she didn't just push for the most expensive treatments; she genuinely seemed to care about my well-being. The office was well organized, and I loved how they use modern technology for quick assessments. The only tiny drawback was the parking situation; it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so plan ahead if you can. However, I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a podiatrist. I left feeling relieved and empowered with the right knowledge to take care of my feet going forward!
