What a fantastic experience! I started my fitness journey here just a few weeks ago, and I can already feel the difference. The energy during the sessions is contagious, and the coaches are some of the most motivating individuals I've ever met. They not only push you to do your best but also celebrate every little win, making you feel accomplished. The outdoor sessions are a nice touch; I love getting fresh air while I work out! Plus, the group classes create a sense of camaraderie that makes you want to come back. If I had to give one piece of advice, it would be to have a few more class times available on the weekends. Sometimes the morning slots fill up quickly, and I’ve had a hard time getting in. Nonetheless, I am thrilled with my experience and can’t wait to see my progress as I continue to attend!

I can't say enough good things about this amazing place! I joined a few months ago, and it has completely transformed my approach to fitness. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by both the staff and fellow members. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about each individual's progress. They take the time to explain the exercises and ensure you're using the correct form, which made me feel safe and supported. I appreciate the variety in workouts, as they keep things fresh and challenging. I’ve gone from barely being able to run for a minute to completing a 5k, thanks to the encouragement and structure they provide. The community aspect is also fantastic; it feels like a big family. My only minor suggestion would be to consider adding more evening classes during the weekdays. I know a few friends who would love to join but can’t make the early morning sessions. Overall, this has been an incredible journey for me, and I am so grateful to have found such a positive environment for my fitness goals!
