As someone who’s had their fair share of frustrating experiences with mechanics, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit here. My car had been overheating, and I was worried it would be an expensive fix. The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to diagnose the problem without making me feel rushed. They discovered a simple issue with the thermostat and had it fixed in a few hours. I loved that they didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need, which I’ve experienced so many times before. Their transparency and honesty were refreshing. While I’m thrilled with the outcome, I do wish they had a more comfortable waiting area with some snacks or coffee available. Such a minor detail though, given how wonderful the service was! I’ll be spreading the word about this place to friends and family.

I had a very positive experience at this auto repair shop. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about their customers. I went in for a brake issue and they took the time to explain the problem to me in layman's terms, which made me feel more comfortable. They were quick, efficient, and the price was very reasonable. I also appreciated the text updates on the status of my car, which made it easy to manage my day while waiting. One minor thing I would suggest is to have more seating in the waiting area, as it got a little crowded while I was there. Other than that, I can't recommend this shop enough!
