From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. I had a problem with my phone not charging properly, and the technician was quick to diagnose the issue. He explained that it could either be a battery problem or a charging port issue, and they could check both. I appreciated how thorough he was and how he made sure I understood the options. The pricing was unbelievably reasonable, especially considering how quickly they could handle the repairs. They finished fixing my phone in about 30 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise! It had been frustrating relying on my backup phone, so I was thrilled to get my main device back so quickly. While the waiting area was comfortable, I wish there had been more seating available, as it got a bit crowded while I was there.
