I've participated in both adult classes and observed children's sessions, and I was impressed by how the instructors adapt their teaching styles to fit each individual. The equipment is top-notch, and the space is spacious enough to accommodate various classes without feeling cramped. However, I did notice that the waiting area can get a bit crowded during peak hours, which might be improved with additional seating.
