I switched to this bank a few months ago, and it’s been a great decision. The staff is always helpful and patient, especially when I have questions about my accounts. I recently faced an issue with my debit card, and they resolved it quickly and efficiently. The only thing I wish they could change is their ATM availability; sometimes I have to go out of my way to find one. However, the branch hours are very convenient, especially on Saturdays. I appreciate how they always have someone available to assist with transactions. Overall, I feel valued as a customer, and I’m glad I made the switch!
