I can't say enough good things about my experience with this electrical service. I had an emergency situation with a flickering light and a burning smell coming from one of my outlets. I called them, and to my relief, they were able to send someone out the very same day. The technician was polite and arrived with all the tools he needed. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a loose wire, and fixed it in no time. Not only was he efficient, but he also took the time to educate me on preventative measures to avoid future issues. I appreciated that he didn't rush through the job but instead made sure everything was safe and secure. The only downside was that I felt the wait time for the emergency call was slightly longer than I had hoped, but I understand that they may have been busy.
