I’ve been taking my kids here for almost 9 years. All 4 of my kids go here now. We absolutely love Dr. Craig, APN Mallory and APN Rebecca. The nurses have always been very friendly and professional! I have hardly ever had any issues with this clinic and would highly recommend! They go above and beyond to take care of my babies

As a mom of three, I've been to quite a few pediatricians, and I have to say, my experience here was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming right from the start. Upon entering, I noted the cleanliness of the facility, which is always a big plus in my book. We had an appointment for my youngest, who was due for his check-up, and I was pleased to see that the doctor not only addressed my son's specific needs but also took the time to engage him in conversation. It was clear that the pediatrician was experienced and had a great rapport with children, which made my little one feel at ease. The doctor also provided useful tips on nutrition and activities that would help with his development, which I found really helpful. One thing I would suggest is that they offer a bit more flexibility with scheduling; it can be challenging to find a time that works for all my kids' appointments. Nonetheless, the overall experience was wonderful, and it reassured me that I made the right choice bringing my children here. This place is definitely worth recommending to other parents in the Conway area!

I can't say enough good things about our experience! We recently brought our daughter to see one of the pediatricians and from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The waiting area was bright and cheerful, with plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained. The staff was friendly and attentive, which really made a difference. The doctor we saw took the time to listen to all of our concerns and provided clear explanations about everything from vaccinations to developmental milestones. It felt like they genuinely cared about our daughter's health and well-being. We appreciated how thorough the visit was; it was not rushed at all, which is something I value in a healthcare provider. The only minor downside was that we had to wait a bit longer than expected, but the quality of care we received made it worthwhile. Overall, I would highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a reliable and caring pediatrician. It’s comforting to know that our daughter is in such good hands. 5 stars all the way!
