I recently had my first visit with Dr. Chacko and I must say, it was a refreshing experience! Right from the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long before my appointment. Dr. Chacko herself was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly discuss my health concerns. She asked insightful questions and made sure to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I felt heard and valued as a patient, which is sometimes hard to find in medical practices these days. What impressed me the most was how she genuinely cared about my overall well-being rather than just treating symptoms. She recommended a few lifestyle changes that I think will make a big difference for me. On top of that, the follow-up process was smooth; I received a call from her office a few days later to check in on my progress. The only minor issue I encountered was that the parking lot can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so I suggest arriving a bit earlier if you can. My experience with Dr. Chacko was quite positive! I've been looking for a family doctor who really listens, and I feel like I’ve finally found one. During my visit, I was impressed with how thorough she was in her examination. She took her time to go through my medical history and asked questions that made me feel like she genuinely cared about my well-being. The atmosphere of the office was pleasant, making the whole experience much more comfortable than I anticipated. It’s also worth noting that the scheduling process was easy and the staff was helpful in getting me an appointment that fit my busy schedule. However, the office could use a little updating in terms of decor and comfort; it felt a bit outdated. Nonetheless, that didn’t overshadow the quality of care I received. I left feeling confident in the treatment plan we discussed. I’m looking forward to my follow-up appointment and would definitely recommend her to friends and family who are looking for a reliable and attentive doctor. Overall, I would rate my visit very positively, but I do hope they look into refreshing the space a bit more in the future!
