I can’t say enough good things about this place! I recently boarded my golden retriever, Bella, for a weekend while I attended a family event out of town. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who seemed genuinely excited to meet Bella. The facility was clean, bright, and had a welcoming atmosphere. They took the time to give me a detailed tour, explaining their procedures and how they ensure each pet's safety and comfort. I really appreciated the fact that they have separate areas based on dog sizes and temperaments, which made me feel more at ease. Bella had a blast! She came home tired and happy, which is a clear sign that she was well cared for. The daily updates with photos were a nice touch that kept my mind at ease while I was away. I just picked up my cat, Whiskers, after a week of boarding, and I can honestly say I’m impressed! The staff was wonderful - they took the time to learn Whiskers' quirks and made sure he felt comfortable in what can be a stressful environment for pets. The play area was spacious and filled with toys, and I loved that they also provided a cozy spot for cats to relax away from the noise. I especially liked the daily reports I received, telling me how Whiskers was adjusting. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps adding more variety to the treats offered. While Whiskers loved the provided snacks, I know he has a few favorites that he didn’t get to enjoy. Nevertheless, I feel good knowing that he was in such caring hands. Will definitely be back for our next trip!
