I had a consultation with Dr. Castillo this week, and I was really impressed. He took the time to explain my options and gave me some great advice on what to expect. I felt heard and respected, which is sometimes hard to find in healthcare. The only thing I’d suggest is having more seating in the waiting area, as it got a bit crowded. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! Dr. Castillo is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. During my visit, he took the time to walk me through every step of my upcoming surgery. His attention to detail made me feel very secure about the decision I was making. The office staff were equally delightful, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. My only critique would be the limited parking available, which made it a bit tricky to find a spot. However, once inside, I forgot all about that due to the excellent service I received. I’m feeling really positive about my upcoming surgery and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional surgeon!
