I've been a member at this credit union for over three years and I can honestly say that it's been a fantastic experience. I switched to this credit union about six months ago, and it’s been a breath of fresh air! The customer service is truly exceptional; I’ve never felt so valued as a member. Last week, I had an issue with a transaction that I thought was incorrect, and the representative I spoke with was not only patient but also went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. I appreciate their transparency when it comes to fees and services as well. I used to dread going to my old bank, but here I actually look forward to stopping by, especially since they have extended hours on Fridays! The only minor thing I'd mention is that I wish they had more ATMs out in the community. I’ve had to drive a bit farther than I’d like to access my funds, but it hasn’t been a deal-breaker for me. All in all, I’m thrilled with my decision to join this credit union!
