I recently switched to this bank, and I have to say I'm impressed! The online banking features are pretty user-friendly, and I love that I can easily check my balances and transfer funds with just a few clicks. The staff at this location was very helpful when I opened my account, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. My only suggestion would be to possibly extend hours on weekdays to accommodate those of us who can’t come in during standard business hours. But overall, I’m really happy with the services they provide and would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

She explained everything in detail, making sure I understood my options before I signed anything. The branch itself is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated that there were no long lines during my visit. It felt like I had the full attention of the staff. One minor downside is that they are closed on weekends, which can be a bit inconvenient for those of us who work during the week. However, their weekday hours are accommodating. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the banking products offered here. It’s definitely the kind of place you want to trust with your finances.
