I’ve been a customer for several years now, and I have to say, I’ve had a good experience overall. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any issues I might have, whether it’s regarding my personal account or my small business. I love the fact that they have an extensive ATM network, which makes it super convenient for cash withdrawals. However, I do wish their branch hours were a bit more flexible; I often find myself needing to visit after work, and their hours make that difficult. Nonetheless, the customer service has always been top-notch, and I appreciate the personalized attention I receive each time I visit.
