I had a pretty positive experience at this bank while opening a savings account. The staff greeted me promptly and were very friendly, which is always a plus in my book. I recently visited this bank to set up a joint account, and overall I was happy with my experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the process straightforward. I really appreciated how they walked us through the paperwork and made sure we understood each step. The lobby was nice and spacious, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. However, one thing I found a bit frustrating was the lack of signage for where to grab a ticket for assistance. I stood around for a few minutes not realizing I needed to do that before checking in with a teller. If they could improve on that aspect, it would definitely enhance the flow of customers. Nonetheless, I feel optimistic about banking here and trust that I will receive good service in the future!

The layout of the branch is also worth mentioning—it’s bright, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. I appreciated the comfortable seating area while I waited, which made the whole experience feel less stressful. The only minor feedback I would offer would be to have more parking spaces available, as it was quite crowded during my visit, making it a bit tricky to find a spot. But overall, this bank exceeded my expectations and I’m glad I chose them for my banking needs. I look forward to my future visits!
