I’ve been a customer for a few years now, and I can say that my recent visit was one of the best experiences I've had! I walked in with a few questions regarding investment options and retirement accounts. The banker I spoke with went above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail, which I truly appreciated. They even helped me set up an online account, which was super helpful. The branch itself is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to get in and out. One thing I would suggest is to extend Saturday hours just a bit; it would be great to have a little more flexibility on weekends.
