I’ve been banking here for a few years now, and overall, my experience has been pretty good. The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been a customer for a while, and my experiences have been mostly positive. The staff has always been friendly, and I appreciate the personal touch they provide. They’ve helped me with everything from setting up my account to questions about loans. I even had a great interaction with a loan officer who took the time to explain my options in detail, which I found really helpful. However, the branch can get quite busy, and I’ve had to wait longer than expected during certain times of the day. Perhaps some improvements in staffing could help reduce those wait times. Nonetheless, I’m happy with the service overall, and I feel valued as a customer.
