I’ve been banking here for a few years now and I have to say, I’m quite satisfied with the customer service. The tellers are usually very friendly and always willing to help. I had an issue with my online banking recently, and the representative I spoke with was patient and explained everything clearly, which made resolving the issue so much easier. My only critique would be that the lobby can get pretty crowded at times, leading to longer wait times. But overall, I feel like my banking needs are being well taken care of here.
