I recently visited my local branch and had a surprisingly pleasant experience! The staff members were friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I was set on opening a savings account, and the representative walked me through all my options without any pressure to choose one over the other. I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain the different interest rates and fees involved. Also, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. One minor thing I noticed was that the wait time for a teller could be longer during peak hours, but I believe they are working on improving that. I've been banking here for a few years now, and the service has always been remarkable! The staff is incredibly attentive and always eager to help with any questions I have. I love how they remember my name and preferences, which makes me feel valued as a customer. Plus, the hours are quite convenient, especially on Saturdays when I can swing by after my errands. My only suggestion would be to enhance their drive-thru service since it sometimes gets a bit crowded during the weekends. But honestly, the staff's friendliness makes up for any minor inconvenience.
