My experience at this bank has been positive overall! I visited last Saturday to open a savings account, and the friendly staff made the whole process quick and easy. They were knowledgeable and helped me find the best account for my needs. I also appreciated that they have Saturday hours, which is super convenient! The only downside was the wait time; there were a few customers ahead of me, and I had to wait about 20 minutes. Still, the staff was attentive and made sure everyone felt taken care of.
