I must say, my visits to this bank have generally been positive! The staff is always friendly and ready to assist, whether I’m making a deposit or seeking advice on savings accounts. I also appreciate the extended Saturday hours, which allow me to do my banking even with my busy work schedule. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of working with a representative who went above and beyond to help me set up an automatic transfer to my savings account. It’s those little things that really make a difference! However, I did notice that the customer service line can get a bit backed up during lunch hours, so just a heads up to avoid peak times if possible. Overall, their commitment to great service keeps me coming back!

I’ve been a customer of this bank for a few years now, and I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, the customer service is usually top-notch.
