I recently visited this bank and was very pleased with how attentive the staff was. I had a couple of inquiries regarding my account and they took the time to address everything thoroughly. The financial advisor was particularly helpful in explaining my options for savings. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe extending weekday hours a bit more; it would be nice for those of us with busy schedules. Still, a great experience overall!

I’ve been a customer here for a while now and have generally had a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I recently had to deal with some questions regarding my account, and they were patient in explaining things to me. I appreciate how accessible the bank is, particularly with the wheelchair-friendly entrance. It’s a convenient location, although occasionally the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours. I had multiple transactions to complete, such as depositing a check and setting up a new account. The bank officer who assisted me was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various account options available, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was calm, which made the whole experience pleasant. The only downside was that the wait for the drive-up services seemed a bit longer than expected; if they had more personnel on hand during busy hours, that would really enhance the experience. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and valued as a customer. Definitely a solid choice for my banking needs!
