I can't say enough good things about my visit! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which is a big deal for a financial institution. The staff was not only professional but also genuinely kind. I had the pleasure of working with two representatives who really took their time to go over all my options. They even followed up with me after I left to ensure I was satisfied with my decision. The only minor issue I encountered was that the location could be a bit hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. A bigger sign would help! But overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return if I need to.
