I cannot express how delighted we were with the service we received! We hired this caterer for my daughter’s wedding, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The grilled salmon was perfectly cooked and received rave reviews from all our guests. The appetizers were also a hit – the mini crab cakes disappeared within minutes! I do wish they had a few more vegetarian options, as one of our guests had specific dietary needs and found the choices limited. However, the pasta primavera they eventually whipped up was delightful. The presentation of the dishes was stunning; each plate looked like a work of art. We recently ordered catering for a corporate event, and I have to say, we were very pleased with the overall experience. What an exceptional experience! I recently used this catering service for a family reunion, and it exceeded my expectations. The highlight of the meal was the slow-roasted beef; it was tender and flavorful, and everyone couldn’t get enough of it! I was also impressed by the variety of salads, especially the quinoa salad with cranberries – it was a refreshing touch. One tiny issue was that some of the food got a bit cold by the time we served it, but I suppose that was more about timing on our part. The desserts were simply to die for!
