Dr. Lim is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. He took the time to explain every option and even shared some helpful exercises to do at home. The staff was attentive and the wait time was minimal, which is a big plus for me. One area for improvement might be the follow-up communication; I had to reach out a couple of times for test results. However, the care I received was truly top-notch.
