I recently took my son to see the pediatric urology team, and I can't express how grateful I am for the care he received. From the moment we entered, the staff was welcoming and attentive. We were promptly checked in, and the wait time was surprisingly short, which is always a plus when you're dealing with kids! Dr. Joesph was truly fantastic. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for both me and my son to understand. It really helped ease our worries about the procedures. My son felt comfortable and even shared a laugh with the doctor, which is not something you see every day at a doctor's office! The only minor downside was that the parking situation was a bit tricky; we had to circle around a couple of times to find a good spot. However, once inside, everything else was smooth sailing. The nurses were also wonderful—very patient and kind, which made the whole experience much less daunting. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and care we received, and I would definitely recommend this place to other parents in need of pediatric urology services. Overall, a solid experience where the staff genuinely cares about their little patients! A few tweaks to the parking would make it even better, but it’s a small price to pay for such excellent care.

What an amazing experience! My daughter was referred here for a urology issue, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. The clinic was clean, and the atmosphere was very kid-friendly, which helped my daughter feel at ease. Dr. Philips was incredibly warm and engaging, making the process feel less intimidating for her. She was thorough in her explanations and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. The entire staff, from the reception to the nurses, was friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed with how they handled the appointment process; we didn’t have to wait long at all! I do wish they had more accessible evening hours since it can be tough to juggle appointments around school schedules, but overall, this place exceeded my expectations.
