One minor thing I would suggest is perhaps adding more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a little crowded during peak hours. However, this is a small issue in the grand scheme of things. I had an incredible experience with my recent consultation with Dr. Miller. I went in due to some recurring shoulder pain, and he was just fantastic in diagnosing the issue. He took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t rush through the appointment, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find a doctor who genuinely cares and makes you feel heard. He explained the treatment options thoroughly, and I left feeling informed and empowered. The office staff were also friendly, which made the visit even more pleasant. If I had to give one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to enhance the online appointment system a bit for easier navigation. Other than that, I can recommend Dr. Miller without hesitation. I am looking forward to starting my treatment with him!
