I recently saw Dr. Lai, and I must say, my experience was surprisingly pleasant. The atmosphere in the office was calming, and the staff made me feel at home. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Lai! As someone who has been to multiple doctors in the past, I can confidently say that she stands out. Her approach is very personalized; she took the time to understand my lifestyle and health goals. The examination room was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. I had a great experience with Dr. Lai! She was patient and really listened to my concerns. The office was clean, and the staff was welcoming. My only suggestion would be to improve appointment scheduling—sometimes it can be a bit tricky to get through. Otherwise, I felt very satisfied with my visit and her care!
