I recently had a surgical procedure done, and I must say the entire experience was remarkable! Dr. Daigle is not just highly skilled; he’s also incredibly compassionate. He took his time during our initial meetings, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable. The staff were equally impressive, always friendly and attentive. I particularly appreciated the follow-up calls to check on my recovery. The facility itself is well-organized and clean, which added to my overall comfort. My only suggestion would be to improve the waiting area—perhaps add more seating or magazines to help pass the time while waiting. But honestly, once you’re in the care of the doctor, you quickly forget about the wait. I’m thrilled with my recovery and can’t thank them enough!

I had a wonderful experience with my recent surgery. The doctor was not only highly professional but also incredibly personable. He took the time to explain my diagnosis in detail and made sure I understood all my options. I appreciated that he didn’t rush me into making a decision; instead, he encouraged me to take my time. The surgery went exceptionally well, and I felt a lot more comfortable thanks to the attentive care I received from the nursing staff. One minor thing I would suggest is extending the hours for phone consultations, as it can be hard to reach them during regular working hours. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend!

I had my surgery about a month ago, and I am beyond satisfied with the results! Dr. Daigle is a phenomenal surgeon who truly cares about his patients. During our initial consultation, he outlined the entire process in clear, understandable terms. I appreciated his honesty and the way he made me feel comfortable asking questions. The nursing staff was incredible as well; they checked on me often and made sure I was okay. My recovery has been smooth, and the follow-up appointments were thorough. The facilities were clean and organized, which also put my mind at ease. I do think some of the administrative processes could be streamlined, as I found myself filling out a lot of paperwork during my visits. However, this minor hiccup didn’t take away from the quality of care I received. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Daigle to anyone considering surgery. He has changed my life for the better!

The only suggestion I have is to possibly add more informative pamphlets in the waiting area. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I highly recommend this practice! Dr. Daigle and his team made me feel at ease right from my first visit. They were attentive and truly cared about my well-being. The entire process, from the initial consultation to post-op care, was seamless. I felt well-informed and supported every step of the way. The only downside was a slight wait time during my last appointment. However, given the quality of care I received, it was worth the wait!
