I recently had a consultation, and while I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Hendrix, the overall experience had its ups and downs. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. I appreciated the thorough examination and the detailed explanations provided. Dr. Hendrix was thorough and genuinely concerned about my foot health, which made me feel at ease. However, there was a bit of a wait past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating, especially since I had arrived early. It would be great if they could work on their scheduling to improve that aspect. All in all, though, I left with a clearer understanding of my condition and a solid treatment plan. I had a fantastic experience with my recent visit! The clinic is very well-organized, making the check-in process simple and quick. Dr. Hendrix was attentive and knowledgeable, explaining everything about my foot issue in a way that made it easy to understand. I appreciated that he didn’t rush through the appointment—he answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. Also, the treatment room was clean and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me confidence in the care I was receiving. My only suggestion would be to extend the office hours slightly, as I found it challenging to fit an appointment into my work schedule. But aside from that, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in need of foot care!
