I've been banking here for a few years now, and I can honestly say it's been a good journey. The customer service is top-notch; every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile, and the tellers always seem ready to help. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are, especially when I needed advice on loan options. They explained everything in detail, which made the whole process much easier for me. However, I do wish they had longer hours on Saturdays since I often work during the week and can only visit on weekends. It would be a nice enhancement to accommodate more customers.
