I recently opened my first bank account here, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. I was initially hesitant about switching banks, but after a few visits, I’m so glad I made the leap! The customer service here is outstanding. I had an issue with a transaction that I needed help with, and the representative took the time to resolve it quickly while keeping me informed throughout the process.
