I’ve been banking here for a little over a year and I’ve had a mostly positive experience. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with my questions. I recently applied for a mortgage, and the process was smoother than I expected. They kept me informed at every step, which really eased my concerns. However, I had to wait a little longer than expected during peak hours, which was a bit frustrating. I think they could benefit from having more staff available during busy times.
