The apartments are well-maintained, and mine has a lovely balcony that overlooks a beautiful green space. I do wish the laundry facilities were open 24/7, as I've run into scheduling conflicts a couple of times. However, it's a minor inconvenience in what has otherwise been a positive living experience.
