I had an amazing experience getting my hair braided at this salon! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was a bit nervous as I hadn’t tried braiding before, but the stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. The whole process was efficient, and they clearly knew their craft. I was in love with my braids as soon as I saw them in the mirror! My only suggestion would be to have a few more chairs in the waiting area, as it was a bit crowded when I arrived. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful braids in a cozy setting. I can't wait to return for my next style!

While I did have to wait for about 15 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, the end result was worth it. The only thing that could use improvement is the online booking system—it felt a bit confusing. Still, I walked out feeling like a million bucks, and I've received so many compliments on my new look! Definitely a place I’d recommend to friends!
