I can't believe how lucky we are to have found this place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My daughter was nervous about her first orthodontic appointment, but the staff was incredibly friendly and patient. They took the time to explain everything to her, which helped ease her anxiety. The office is clean and well-organized, and they have a great play area for kids to enjoy while they wait. The orthodontist was knowledgeable, and you could tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. The treatment plan was clearly laid out, and they made sure we understood all the details before moving forward. The only slight downside was that we had to wait a bit longer than expected on one visit, but the staff apologized and offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. This place has been a real game-changer for my son’s dental health! We chose it based on a friend’s recommendation, and we are so glad we did. The orthodontist has a fantastic way with kids, making them feel relaxed and at ease. The office has a bright, cheerful atmosphere that instantly puts you in a good mood. The scheduling process was seamless, and the staff was always cheerful when we arrived. My only piece of constructive feedback would be regarding their appointment reminders. They sometimes come a bit last minute, which can be tricky for planning our week. Other than that, everything has been top-notch! I love seeing my son so happy with his progress, and I truly believe we made the best choice.

We’ve been visiting for a few months now, and I have to say, the experience has been largely positive. The staff is very accommodating and always makes my son feel comfortable during his appointments. I appreciate how they involve him in the process by explaining each step. However, I did notice that the wait times can vary—a couple of times we waited longer than expected. But when it's our turn, the care is excellent! Overall, I would recommend this practice for any family needing orthodontic work!
