I ordered the bun cha, and it was honestly one of the best I've had outside of Vietnam. The grilled pork was tender and smoky, and the vermicelli noodles had the perfect texture. I also appreciated the generous serving of fresh vegetables on the side; it made for a well-rounded meal. My friend had the chicken pho and couldn’t stop raving about the broth. The flavors were authentic and rich, and you could tell everything was made fresh to order. One little hiccup was that the noise level was a bit high, making it hard to hold a conversation at times.
