While I was waiting, I noticed how efficiently the staff were managing both walk-in customers and appointments. My consultant, Mike, was excellent. He took the time to understand my situation fully and laid out several options for me. I particularly appreciated how he broke down the numbers in a way that was easy to understand. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the wait times for non-appointment customers can be a bit long. I witnessed a couple of people getting frustrated because they had to wait a while. But overall, my visit was positive, and I left feeling confident in my decisions. I’d recommend this branch to anyone in need of personalized banking services without the corporate feel!
