I had a really great experience during my last visit! The doctor took the time to discuss my ongoing health concerns and made sure I understood the treatment options available. The office was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. The only minor thing I would suggest is that they could use better signage to direct patients to the different areas, as I found myself a bit lost at first. But the friendly staff helped guide me once I asked. Overall, it feels good to know I have found a doctor who genuinely cares.

I recently had my first appointment and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Cohen is incredibly attentive; he genuinely listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain things clearly. I appreciated how thorough he was during my examination. His staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. I also love that they use modern technology for records; it feels much more organized. The only thing I would suggest is maybe adding some more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, I left feeling informed and cared for. I moved to this area a few months ago, and finding a new family practice was quite daunting. After doing some research, I decided to schedule an appointment and I’m so glad I did! The doctor is compassionate and knowledgeable, which is crucial when you have health concerns. The reception staff were also very accommodating; they managed to fit me in despite my last-minute request. However, I did notice that it can be a little difficult to get through on the phone during peak hours. Perhaps a dedicated line for scheduling could help alleviate that stress for new patients. Overall, I left feeling very positive about my health and confident in the care I will receive here.
